How far is our office from West LA?
Sepulveda Boulevard does the work. From the Sawtelle Japantown blocks between Olympic and Santa Monica Blvd, it's Sawtelle or Sepulveda south past Pico, under the 10, and you're at our National Blvd corner: two miles, give or take, and about ten minutes. From the Olympic corridor it's shorter. From the streets near Stoner Recreation Center, cut over to Sepulveda and head south the same way.
The 405 parallels the whole route, and locals already know the punchline: for a two-mile trip at midday, stay off it. Sepulveda's signals beat the on-ramp queue.

Getting here from West LA and Sawtelle
- From Sawtelle Japantown: Sawtelle Blvd south to National, or Sepulveda straight down. About ten minutes.
- From the Olympic Blvd corridor: Sepulveda south past Pico and under the 10 to National.
- From Santa Monica Blvd: Sepulveda southbound the whole way; skip the 405.
- By Metro: the E Line's Expo/Sepulveda station is a half mile north of our door, one stop from Bundy and two from Sepulveda's big bus connections.
The office is in the large shopping center at the Sepulveda and National corner, the one with a CVS in it, with free parking and a ground-floor suite.
If you ride the 405 out of habit, the National Blvd exit (53A) puts you one signal from the door, but from anywhere north of Pico that on-ramp usually costs more time than it saves. Sepulveda has signals every few blocks and moves anyway. Give yourself twelve minutes at rush hour, eight the rest of the day, and you'll arrive with time to spare for the paperwork.
