We're at the corner of Sepulveda Boulevard and National Boulevard on the Westside, in a large shopping center with a CVS in it. Ground-floor suite, free parking in the lot.

The phone is answered every hour of every day. Weekend and night callers are held the first opening, usually the next business morning at 9:00 AM.
Directions
From the 405: take the National Blvd exit (53A) and you're one signal from the Sepulveda and National corner.
From the 10: exit near the 405 interchange toward National Blvd and head for the same corner; in midday traffic, Pico or Olympic to Sepulveda southbound often beats the freeway.
By Metro: the E Line's Expo/Sepulveda station is about half a mile north of the office, and buses run along both Sepulveda and National.

Before you arrive
Bring a photo ID and your insurance card if you carry one; we accept most major PPO plans, detailed on the cost and insurance page. Arrive a few minutes ahead of your held time for paperwork. If you're bringing a knocked-out tooth, keep it in milk and tell the person on the phone; the knocked-out tooth page has the storage steps that protect it on the drive.
If anything about your symptoms feels dangerous, swelling that affects breathing or swallowing, uncontrolled bleeding, facial trauma, go to an emergency room first and call us after. We'd rather see you second and safe.
